Hailing from the picturesque Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan, Chef Sawa Kenshiro brings wealth of culinary expertise and authentic Japanese cuisine. With an impressive 26 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Sawa Kenshiro’s journey began in the Kyoto Restaurant, where he honed his skills at a Japanese restaurant. For 17 years, he successfully ran an izakaya in his hometown of Miyazaki, where he crafted a menu that reflected the culinary heritage of Japan.

Bagus Gede Sastra Wibawa

Chef Bagus has emerged as a prominent figure in Japanese cuisine, driven by his passion and dedication throughout his career. His culinary journey began at Ayana Resort and Spa in Bali in 2011, where he spent one and a half years refining his skills in a vibrant setting. Motivated by a deep curiosity about Japanese cuisine, he made a decision to join Fukutaro Restaurant, a specializing in Japanese food, where he spent two years mastering traditional techniques and flavors. His efforts led to an exciting position as Sushi Sous Chef at Attiko Bali, where he creatively fused Japanese and Peruvian influences to craft unique Nikkei dishes. This role allowed him to expand his culinary repertoire and innovate with new techniques and ingredients. Currently, Chef Bagus serves as the Executive Sous Chef at Ranbo Japanese Restaurant, focusing on authentic Japanese cuisine. At Ranbo, he is committed to preserving traditional recipes and flavors, making it a popular destination for those seeking Authentic Japanese dining experience. Chef Bagus is dedicated to preserving the authenticity of traditional Japanese cooking while imparting his unique touch to every plate.
